James Salisbury

The last 12 years has seen myself in various sales roles ranging from telesales executive through to sales director mainly in the software industry. All have required taking a solution at start-up phase and selling to the corporate market against multinational competitors. Telesales, the skills learnt from this and recruiting the right people have been integral to the growth of both myself and my teams. I believe if done correctly it is a fundamental part of any successful sales strategy. I take particular pride in recruiting and developing individuals to achieve their personal and career goals. I am hands on and believe that earns the respect of your peers. Seeing a job through and not letting anyone down is of paramount importance and this ethos is centre to the culture here at Legado.

Outside of work family and sport dominate my life. Time with my wife and 2 young children is my focus with the latter especially keeping me busy! I enjoy watching most sports and still attempt to play league cricket and football regularly at an ever decreasing standard! Visiting new places, meeting new people and embracing various cultures will always remain a passion.

Kim Moore

I joined Legado in October 2014 and am enjoying the work which ultimately involves conversations with people-which I think I do quite well. Rapport building and connecting with people is a vital component in telesales. My background is in Training, Recruitment and Development for multinationals so have experience in dealing with high end business decision makers.

Away from work I am kept busy with my family including husband, two daughters, a grandson aged 18 months and a 2 yr old Labrador, rescued from the Guide Dog Association.
Hobbies include gardening, walking the dog and I enjoy all crafts such as knitting crocheting and am currently teaching myself to do a mosaic with left over tiles!

Adam Baker

I am an experienced sales consultant who thoroughly enjoys the challenge and buzz involved with appointment setting. I joined the team in May 2015 following a successful career in recruitment and software sales.

Recruitment is my background so I work with James in providing excellent sales candidates for our partners whether it be telesales executives (project based or permanent) or dedicated sales and account executives. I also get involved in certain elements of sales training we provide which is great fun and very rewarding.

Outside of work I am a keen (fair weather) golfer and footballer and enjoy travelling to new countries at every opportunity.

Graham Wright

For the past 20 years I have worked as a telesales executive dealing with a variety of campaigns targeting both SME’s and multinationals. The buzz of getting an appointment still excites and motivates me.

I joined Legado in February 2014 and have worked on a variety of campaigns which suits my skills and industry experience. I never like to let a client down and thrive on delivering results.

My hobbies include sport (especially following football, cricket and horse racing) reading and spending time with family.

Helen Raynor

For over 20 years I sold photocopiers for all the major players in face to face sales, but when I hung up my briefcase I changed to telesales and have worked a variety of campaigns in different industries.

Now I enjoy making appointments for Legado and look forward to working on the different campaigns in the future with our partners.

I live with my fiancé, 2 cats and tropical and cold water fish. My great escape from the phone is to find a quiet room and lose myself in a book or go out for a slap up meal.

James Slater

I joined Legado in February 2017. For the past five years I have worked within the telemarketing/telesales field on a variety of different campaigns in a mixture of sectors such as Telecommunications and Card Merchant Services. I always take a great level of pride in what I do however after recently joining Legado this has allowed me to realise the potential of a company that is going places and can offer me a platform to thrive and develop even further. I love the fact that I can work on a variety of campaigns for our partners and also assist on the business development side of the company.

Outside of work I enjoy Cooking, Reading, Supporting Newcastle United and sampling different Craft Ale’s whenever I get the chance to do so.
